Creamind is a place for creators and brands to collaborate with respect and honesty. These guidelines help keep the community safe and trustworthy for everyone.
Be honest and authentic
- Use your real identity and accurate profile information. Do not impersonate others.
- Do not fake metrics, followers, or engagement. Connect real social accounts and represent your reach truthfully.
- Disclose paid partnerships and sponsored content where required by law or platform rules.
Respect others
- No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or other protected grounds.
- Communicate professionally in proposals, messages, and reviews. Disagreements should be resolved calmly.
- Respect intellectual property. Do not use others’ content, logos, or creative work without permission.
Play fair
- Do not scam, defraud, or mislead brands or creators. Deliver what you agree to and pay or get paid as agreed.
- Do not manipulate the platform (e.g. fake applications, fake reviews, or circumventing fees or rules).
- Report suspicious behavior, fake profiles, or policy violations so we can take action.
Safe and legal content
- Content and campaigns must comply with applicable laws and must not promote illegal activity, violence, or harmful behavior.
- Adult or explicit content is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the platform and by the gig terms.
- Respect age restrictions and do not target minors with inappropriate or unsafe content.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Service. Serious or repeated violations can lead to a permanent ban. If you believe someone has violated these guidelines, contact us at support@creamind.com.
